Default VERY broad secondary class question (overall choice)

I wasn't sure what title to give this because I have a very broad question about my 2nd class. The question is almost like a logic game... with a twist.

4 possible characters, 2 classes each (primary & secondary).

I want to unlock all the skills for PVP mode.. so from the 4 characters, I need 1 class (primary or secondary) of all the different classes.

For whatever reasons (I do have reasons, but it's a bit of a story I won't bore you with), the MAIN/PRIMARY classes I'll be playing are: Necromancer, Monk, Elementalist, Ranger.

To further confuse matters, it has to be E/Mo (actually, that's just because I've already developed the E/Mo, and don't have the heart to delete it).

So, thus far I have:
E/Mo
Mo/???
R/???
Nec/???

meaning all the ???s combined must complete the set of {War, Mes}

At the same time, I don't want to "screw" anything up (eg I don't want to make a useless combination, or one that just isn't effective - I know being unique is fun sometimes, but I still wanna be effective/good/efficient).

At the moment, here are some of the "sets" I've been considering:
E/Mo, Mo/War, Nec/Mo, R/Mes
E/Mo, Mo/War, Nec/Mes, R/(anything)
E/Mo, Mo/Mes, Nec/Mes, R/War
E/Mo, Mo/Mes, Nec/War, R/(anything)
E/Mo, Mo/Mes, Nec/Mo, R/War

At first I was going to do Mo/Mes & Nec/War, but someone told me that /war for Nec is really not helpful.. and that a Mo/War & Nec/Mes(or Mo) would be less of a "total sacrifice"

But then, if R/War works (I don't know ANYTHING about R), I can just "dump" the War class on him and have more "idealized" Mo & Necs...????

Anyway, I KNOW this i a very opinionized question, with everyone having their different styles... but that's just what I want. Here all your inputs to help me form my own.

First of all, I think you should only make 2 new characters, not 3. There's no point unlocking all the PvP skills if you don't have a slot to make a PvP character.

With that in mind, R/Me and N/W is a decent choice.

N/Me is also a good combination. I've seen R/W before, not too sure how great they are but this could also work.

There is no such thing as a bad class combination, just bad skill combinations. Each one has it's own effective and not so effective builds. It's your job to figure out the best build(s) for you. Nobody here can tell you what you'll like playing. Just so you are aware however, except for the 25% that are primary ranger, they'll all be fairly weak on the armor side of things and as such, likely to be wearing a big bullseye in both pve and pvp. Nothing wrong with being al ittle more fragile than a warrior in his iron suit, just something to be aware of.

You know you can change your secondary class later in the game right? No need to make 4 characters to unlock everything. Pick any two to start and then just switch secondaries and go back to do what class skill quests you can then buy or cap the rest. It is expensive and extremely time-consuming...good luck. If you choose to go this route with one character I recommend primary Warrior since they go pretty darn good with just about all secondaries, Ranger probably being the weakest.

E/Mo <-- can't change
Mo/Me is better than Mo/W. There is no use for Mo/W except farming. But Mo/W could be your choice.
N/Mo for death, N/Me for blood/curse
R/Me is better than R/anything (espcially trapping-wise)
--r/mo is mediocre, you have 3 pips of energy; R/W = you better fight elemental mobs only, as tactics will have little use while using a bow and weapon mastery will have no use at all unless meleeing

I unlocked all skills with 3 chars and a couple hundred hours of PVE (counting all my afking hous too). E/Mo, N/Me and W/R which I changed to W/N after getting all /R skills. Ranger or warrior is a crappy secondary. Just a notice. R/W is just as bad as W/R. Unless of course you don't use secondary profession skills, which means you are shortchanging yourself.

Warrior is crappy as a secondary. Enough said.

BTW, you can change secondary after ascension. Making a Mo/Mes and then switching to Mo/W after getting all Mes skills is a good way to unlock, considering Monks are always picked for teams.
